If you’re considering hosting a live event, Radio Marsden are experts. Our Outside Broadcast Unit is a regular sight around Sutton and the surrounding areas throughout the summer. We are regular suppliers of public address and staging to the London Borough of Sutton. At least one stage at the annual switch-on of the Town Centre’s Christmas Lights is run by Radio Marsden using our own in-house facilities.
We can cater for events of any size, from small fetes and community events to fully staged arena shows.
Our Outside Broadcast Unit is fully self-contained with an extendable stage, full public address facilities, and a state-of-the-art control room featuring a 24-channel Allen and Heath mixing desk with 6 auxiliary outputs, mixdown facilities and a computerised playout system. Our presenters are a dab hand at whipping up a crowd, backed up by an expert engineering team.

As a basic package for a live show, our Outside Broadcast Unit will be fully crewed with technical and presentational staff to set the unit up, compere, and play in music or mix live acts as needed. We can also add on to this package any combination of stage and effect lighting, pyrotechnics, additional staging and support as necessary.
