Our refreshed scheduled for Autumn 2023

We’re pleased to announce some exciting changes to our weekday schedule starting this October. 

  • The Breakfast Show with Barry Alston will be moving to a new time of 8am-10am every morning where he’ll be taking a look at the day’s newspapers and posing you an impossible question!
  • A new morning programme from 10am with James Warran
  • Our news hub team will be on-air with an extended lunchtime news update at 1pm and highlights from the world of sport, entertainment and more between 5pm and 6pm
  • A sparkling new early evening line-up from 6pm, including:
    Monday – Totally 70s with Neal Mullery 
    Tuesday – The Throwback Chart with Daniel Lumley
    Wednesday – The Motown Show with Nigel Lincoln from 6pm, followed by Clash of the Titans at 7pm with Geoff Kwenortey
    Thursday – Non Stop 90s with Darren Arnold
    Friday – Neal Mullery kicks off your evening with Party Classics

As always, the Radio Marsden Request Show broadcasts each weekday evening from 8-10pm, and there’ll be an extra chance to hear it again the following afternoon between 2-4pm. The morning replay moves to 6-8am.

The day ends with Kirsten Karron and the new Late Show each weekday evening from 10pm, following by an hour of Love Songs from 11pm.
