Radio Marsden holds its own fundraising events throughout the year and supports many events in our local community.

Celebrate a Life 2023
The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity’s ‘Celebrate a Life’ is a unique way to celebrate those most special to you. Every year, thousands of stars are named and hung on Christmas trees outside the Royal Marsden Hospitals. By naming a star and adding a message, you will make a vital difference to the lives of cancer patients and their families.
This year, as well as naming a star, you can dedicate a song for that special person to be played on Radio Marsden’s Special Request Shows which will take place after the ‘Celebrate a Life’ Carol Services on the 5th and 7th of December. Shows will be repeated the following day at 6am and 2pm. Find out more on the link ‘Request a Song’ link below.
Time & Date:
Tuesday 5th December (Sutton): Event starts 6pm, Request Show at 8pm
Thursday 7th December (Chelsea): Event starts 6pm, Request Show at 8pm
